The Dublin HubSpot User Group is starting 2026 with one clear focus: practical AI inside HubSpot.
Not theory. Not hype. Not feature lists.
Across our upcoming webinars and in-person sessions, we’re getting into real application: how Breeze AI, like Breeze Studio, Breeze Assistant and AI actions, are used day to day across marketing, sales, service, and operations teams. And this year, there’s an extra layer to the conversation: HubSpot’s move towards what it calls the Agentic Customer Platform, a platform designed to capture full customer context in one place, then make it usable by both humans and AI agents to drive outcomes (not just output).
Here’s what’s coming up.
Last year, we intentionally launched small events in Ireland. They were built as focused sessions, a place to connect with Irish HubSpot customers, learn what’s actually happening in portals, and pressure-test what “AI adoption” looks like in real life (messy data, busy teams, and all).
This year, we’re expanding.
In 2026, Dublin HUG will run online webinars, hybrid sessions, and in-person meetings to support the community across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and the wider HubSpot ecosystem.
Upcoming sessions include:
If you’re a RevOps leader, HubSpot admin, partner, or a HubSpotter building deeper platform skills, these sessions are designed to be immediately useful.

Live online session with Q&A
26 February 2026
In this live session, Shay Redmond will walk through how Breeze Studio and Breeze Assistant are being used inside HubSpot portals today.
The focus is practical:
A live Q&A follows the walkthrough, so attendees can explore real scenarios from their own portals.
This webinar is especially relevant if you’re responsible for adoption, enablement, operational efficiency, or simply helping your teams use HubSpot effectively.
Registrants who can’t attend live will receive a recording.

Live online session with Q&A
March 2026 (date TBC)
Over the past year, Dublin HUG sessions introduced Customer Agent through demos and feature overviews. This webinar builds on that foundation by getting into how Customer Agent is configured and activated across different support teams.
The session will cover:
This is designed for HubSpot users moving from “We understand what it is” to “We’re ready to use it properly across roles and workflows.”
Live Q&A included.
Thursday, 2 April 2026
13:00–17:00
HubSpot House, Dublin
The Dublin HubSpot User Group will host its first in-person event of the year at HubSpot House in Dublin.
This session focuses on how AI supports a more connected customer journey—from awareness and lead generation through to customer success—by improving decision-making, collaboration, and the customer experience across the full lifecycle.
The format combines:
This event is particularly suited to marketing, sales, and customer success leaders, as well as RevOps professionals and HubSpot admins building connected go-to-market systems.
Tickets are free, with a maximum of two per person.

A growing challenge we hear from teams is that AI can produce plenty of output: emails, summaries, recommendations, but outcomes are harder: cleaner handoffs, faster cycles, better customer experience, more consistent execution.
HubSpot’s “Agentic Customer Platform” framing is a direct response to that gap. The idea is that AI becomes genuinely useful when it has complete customer context, lives in your core system of record, and works alongside humans as an efficient teammate.
That’s why these sessions are structured around practical use:
If you’re leading RevOps or owning portal governance, this is the work:
turning shiny capabilities into reliable operational leverage.
Registration details for all three sessions are available via the Dublin HubSpot User Group page.
We’re building a community that’s skilled, generous with knowledge, and serious about using HubSpot well across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and the wider ecosystem.
Online. Hybrid. In person.
