About the Role

We’re seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Designer to join us on a contract basis, supporting our growing team across digital channels. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our content, marketing, and product teams to create engaging visuals that tell a story, drive action, and bring our brand to life.

From sleek web graphics to short-form video edits, and from custom illustrations to branded assets across platforms—this role is ideal for a versatile designer who’s passionate about visual storytelling and thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

This is a freelance position—contractors invoice us for services—and we provide all the necessary work equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Design digital assets for websites, landing pages, blogs, emails, and marketing campaigns.

• Create visuals for social channels, including branded graphics, carousels, and motion-based content (GIFs, Reels).

• Repurpose and re-edit existing video assets into short-form content optimised for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

• Develop icons, illustrations, infographics, and templates to support consistent branding across platforms.

• Collaborate with content writers, marketing strategists, and video editors to align visual content with messaging and goals.

• Ensure visual consistency and manage version control across design files.

• Organise and maintain internal visual libraries and brand assets.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in multimedia or digital design with a strong, relevant portfolio.

• Expertise in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects (for light animation/GIFs), and Figma.

• Ability to create and adapt visuals for multiple channels with brand consistency.

• Experience designing motion-based content like GIFs or Reels (no need for heavy editing or colour grading).

• Strong sense of layout, visual hierarchy, typography, and brand design.

• Clear communicator with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to manage your own time and work independently in a remote-first team.

• Registered contractor/ able to invoice for services.

• Based in Europe or Latin America,  with some working hours overlapping with GMT.

  Nice to Have:

  • Experience with UI/UX design or CMS platforms

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing tools

  • Light animation experience (e.g., animated icons or transitions)
